This is the one I use for my games now and for the last 6-8 years. This mod leaves teens as teens and not adult in teen body.
You will need a mod to enable teen alien pregnancy (I think, been a long time since I installed it in my game). S2L mod does every thing that InTeen does but for the flavor packs add on.

Having a baby while at collage can have problems when moving back to the main hood in that the baby or child or what ever age they make it to will not go back with the parents/parent and will have to use teleportating mods to get them there if the game does not delete them first, this can happen. Ok as for YA and pregnancy the only pregnancy mod for them is InTeen, other mods will allow it but there is no support in the mods. Independent Teen is adult in teen body is all and yes it is part of the aging options in SimBlender. Also I am not sure if Independent Teen is also a feature of SimBlender? I am looking for: regular teen pregnancy, teen alien pregnancy, and YA pregnancy. Do you think you could give some more description on the functionality of S2L Teen Woohoo or Wild Child? I am thinking of getting rid of Inteen, but I can't find info on what these mods actually do.
